Formulated from many types of powdered blends. This unique formula aggressively attacks and emulsifies dirt, oil & grease on concrete floors. Dissolves completely and rinses easily; low foam. High alkalinity for tough stains. Energized with cleaning crystals that change colors from orange to yellow/green when activated by water. Low foam; rinses freely without any residue.

Directions For Use

  • Before using, read Material Safety Data Sheet for this material.
  • Sweep concrete floor area with a broom to remove and pick up loose debris. Place wet floor signs around area to be cleaned.
  • 1. Flush concrete area with water either by garden hose or mop bucket filled with water.
  • 2. Sprinkle or spread 1 - 2 lbs of remove uniformly for each 100-500 square feet of concrete surface.
  • 3. Allow it to soak on surface for at least 5 minutes.
  • 4. Scrub the area with a deck brush or stiff push broom to help break up and emulsify soil.
  • 5. Rinse the floor thoroughly with water and squeegee or mop clean.
  • 6. If available, the use of an auto-scrubber with appropriate brushes can also be used to help speed up the scrub and rinse process.
  • Be sure to close bucket lid each time after use.
